I desire to bear grateful testimony to the healing efficacy of Christian Science. About six years ago I was instantaneously healed of a false appetite,—the desire for intoxicants. This healing followed a right desire to know and do the will of God, good. I secured a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, and by reading it I was completely healed of a condition that now seems inconceivable to sense.

An immediate member of the family and I were working in a near-by state, some thirty months ago, and this relative fell sixty-five feet. I asked and received his consent to have a Christian Science practitioner treat him. Then I wired for help, which was lovingly given. Upon examination, the following morning, no fractures were found; and we were home in this city thirty hours after this experience.

To say that I am grateful for Christian Science is indeed expressing it mildly; for I am truly grateful to God, to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, and to our revered, illustrious Leader; also to the kind practitioner who has lovingly helped me.—Benjamin Cosgrove, Chicago, Ill.
