Letters from the Field

"I am very grateful for my visit at the Christian Science Sanatorium. I surely received a new light as to its mission, also some very clear light on several other things while there. The home atmosphere, the loving service of the associates, as well as the unspeakable gratitude to our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, which were manifested there, gave me much food for thought.

"I am setting aside a certain portion of my salary each month to be given to The Christian Science Benevolent Association, because I feel that this is a wonderful opportunity to contribute to our Cause, as well as for the good of mankind. Since my friend and I visited the home, two others from here have done likewise; and I am sure that others are glad to know that this haven of rest, established as one of the activities of The Mother Church, is doing such a great service to humanity. I might add that I did not hear any conversation about error when there, but all seemed to have one viewpoint,—to keep their thought in unity with God, so that the healing rays of divine Love might be reflected. I have had an overwhelming desire to contribute to this activity of The Mother Church since my visit, as I received so much good during my short stay; and I know that others are also being enabled to drink of the 'living waters' which are flowing so freely there.
