Worthing, England (Society).—Charles W. J. Tennant, introducing John Sidney Braithwaite,made the following remarks:—

The world-wide interest that is being taken in the subject of Christian Science at the present time is owing to the fact that it is fulfilling the complete command of Christ Jesus, to heal the sick and reform the sinner through spiritual means, as well as to preach the gospel.

Twenty-one years ago, I myself was healed by Christian Science of what was considered by the medical profession as an incurable disease. One of the best physicians in Vienna had given me two months to live. Since that time I have depended entirely on Christian Science to meet every daily need, and it has never failed me.
