A sincere desire to help some one else prompts me to give my testimony. Christian Science healed me over twenty years ago of a stomach disorder that all material remedies failed to relieve. I had periodical attacks of great suffering and was greatly reduced in weight. It was in this condition that I was led to try Christian Science and I was healed in a short time through the loving help of a faithful practitioner. The healing has been permanent. The physical relief from pain was all I sought then, and it was several years before I took up the earnest study of Christian Science. I have also been healed of catarrh, sore throat, severe headache.

While I am deeply grateful for the physical healings, the daily overcoming of self, impatience, anger, resentment, means much more to me, and I am trying to prove my gratitude by striving to put into practice the teachings of this truth and so reflect it by right thinking and acting that others will be led to this truth that makes free. I wish to express my gratitude for Mrs. Eddy's life, for the spiritual understanding I am gaining through the daily study of the Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," for membership in The Mother Church, also of a branch church in this city.—(Mrs.) Grace Hopkins, Chicago, Ill.
