I have received so much help from others' testimonies that I gladly send mine, in the hope that it will encourage a seeker for the truth. About three years ago, when the way seemed dark and the future hopeless, Christian Science was first presented to me. Of Jewish parentage, I did not begin the study and application of its teachings at once; but when the logic of the wonderful truth dawned on my sense, I began to love and to live it so far as I understood it. Much had to be overcome, but the way is brighter and divine Love nearer every day. With the help of a practitioner I was healed in a short time of a cold which a lung specialist considered serious. Bad eyesight has also been overcome. For this I am grateful, but I cannot express my gratitude in words for the wonderful understanding of God and of man in His likeness that we gain through the study and application of the teachings of Christian Science. My prayer is to reflect more of Love and Truth each day, so that more may come to understand the light that shineth in darkness.
