My first experience in Christian Science came to me about nineteen years ago, when I was healed of car sickness. From childhood I had suffered from this distressing malady, but there has never been a return of it in all this time. It was several years later when I took up the study of Christian Science. Since then I have been able to overcome in a large measure many mental as well as physical discords, such as fear, a disagreeable disposition, worry, and discontent. Stomach trouble has also disappeared. Last summer I fell and sprained my wrist. The pain was so severe I was not able to help myself, so I went to a neighbor who is studying Christian Science and in an hour all pain was gone. In a few days the swelling and soreness disappeared. For this added proof of God's love and care and for all the good that has come to me I am deeply grateful.
