I came to Christian Science, not for healing, but for its beautiful explanation of the Bible, and the understanding of God. About five years ago my husband was healed of tubercular trouble through the power of Truth. Last spring the Spanish influenza appeared in our home, but was overcome in a very short time. I have three healthy children, and many ills that children seem subject to have been met and overcome before they had time to develop. Our little girl, when she was about a year old, had her shoulder dislocated but was healed instantly through the realization of the truth. Then again her elbow and wrist were displaced. I called for help from a practitioner, and in three days the healing was complete. The two eldest children had an itch that appeared all over their bodies. This was overcome in a short time with the help of the practitioner. There are many other blessings we have received through Christian Science. I hope to live so I can prove my gratitude for all these blessings.
