I wish to express my gratitude for all the blessings that have come to me since I began the study of Christian Science. About three years ago I had a nervous breakdown which made it impossible for me to care for my home or my baby. A friend proposed that I try Christian Science. I had several treatments and a number of talks with a practitioner, and read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy for hours every day, with the result that in about a month I was able to resume my duties.

The struggle for health and happiness has not always been easy, as there were many errors that had to be overcome. It was hard to love every one, and to overcome selfishness, temper, and as like, but through study and the help of a friend I am slowly learning to correct wrong thoughts with right ones, and as I do, harmony results. My boy has been healed of a nervous condition which caused him to cough constantly and also made his nose twitch. We have had many healings, sprained ankle, colds, an abscess on the eyelid, neuralgia, and gallstones having been overcome.

For all these healings and many others I am deeply grateful. I am also grateful for our literature, especially the Sentinel, which always seems to meet my need. I hope so to live that I may be worthy of the name Christian Scientist.
