Christian Science came to me at a time when I felt a most urgent need for a religion. I had completely lost faith in the churches I had attended and finally gave up reading the Bible. One day I accepted an invitation to attend a Sunday morning service at the Christian Science church, and I was wonderfully rewarded, for during that service I knew that I had found the church and the religion I had been looking for. I wish to express my thankfulness to God and my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy, our revered Leader, for our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," which has been the means of my gaining such beautiful light from the Bible, and has blessed me with the wonderful privilege of becoming a member of our local church and of The Mother Church.

I know that Christian Science heals, for it has been my only physician during the past ten years. I have been healed of severe headache, colds, tonsillitis, ulcerated teeth, and a severe case of fever. The fever was allayed almost instantaneously when treatment was given and I was in bed only a few days. I have also witnessed many healings in my mother's family,—boils, grippe, neuralgia, and a very severe scald having been overcome. I have been enabled many times to overcome the sense of financial limitation, and have been wonderfully protected through the knowledge of the ever presence of God. The spiritual uplift has been beyond all expectations. For the beautiful and ever increasing unfoldment of the truth, I am sincerely grateful. During this last year I have had the wonderful privilege of class instruction, for which I can never find words to express my gratitude. I have learned how to count my blessings, and each day brings greater joy, for Christian Science meets my every need. I am so grateful for our Sunday school, in which I have the privilege of teaching. With every lesson and every Sunday come greater light and understanding. I have about nine miles to drive to church, and the guidance and help of God in enabling me to be in my place on Sunday morning has brought great joy to me.

I have improved in health, happiness, and every way, and my growth in Christian Science has been tenfold during the past year.—(Mrs.) Dorothy L. Stephens, Bethel, Kan.
