I have good reason to feel grateful, and would like to testify to the benefit I have received through Christian Science. Within a month after I began attending the Wednesday evening testimony meetings, with the help of a friend I was freed from wearing glasses. Since then I have been healed of a rupture, headaches which caused me much suffering, and throat trouble. While I am very grateful for these physical healings, they seem as nothing compared to the spiritual comfort that I have received in Science. My son passed through an attack of influenza with very little inconvenience and none of the weakness which seemed to follow that disease.

The Bible is a much used book now, whereas it was seldom opened before I began the study of Christian Science; and to know God as Love, ever present and all-power, means so much more to me than do the physical healings. I am grateful to God for leading me into this truth, also to Mrs. Eddy for giving this religion to the world. I am grateful for the privilege of having all the Christian Science literature in my home; it is not only a help to me but a necessity, and I feel that I cannot afford to miss even one copy of The Christian Science Monitor. I am indeed grateful for the health, happiness, and comfort that I receive each day in Christian Science.
