On Thanksgiving day, 1915, I was brought home from a hospital helpless and despondent. It did not seem as it I had anything to thank God for, and I could not see why I should live when I could be of no use. A dear neighbor came to see me and talked with me of Christian Science. She let me take a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and I began to study it. I can thank God today, for I am a different woman, happy and contented.

Words cannot express the gratitude I owe to Christian Science for the help and comfort it has given me. I now own a copy of Science and Health, and am studying it every day. The help and comfort derived from it is wonderful, and my healing has been permanent.
