For some years I was a sufferer from stomach trouble, and finally submitted to two operations. I was in the hospital about to undergo a third, when a conversation with a friend led me to try Christian Science. I left the hospital and called a practitioner to help me, also read and studied Science and Health. Though the pain at times seemed more than I could bear, it was finally overcome and I was completely healed. Before having treatment in Christian Science I had to wear a bandage to keep the stomach in place, but it was left off one morning and has never been worn since.
I am glad that this truth has come into my life, and know that it is God, divine Love, who has made me whole. Truth is to me as the sunshine to the flowers. I am thankful to God for my regeneration, and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving Christian Science to the world, as well as to all those who have helped me to gain some understanding of it.
