It is with a sense of deep gratitude and joy that I wish to testify to the healing which I have experienced through Christian Science. Three years ago I was taken ill with heart trouble, to which were added a nervous condition and catarrh of the chest and stomach. After three months of medical treatment the catarrhal conditions improved, while the heart trouble became aggravated, so that my family was prepared for the worst. At that time acquaintances called my attention to Christian Science and gave me some literature on the subject, the reading of which soon inspired me with trust and induced me to apply for help to a Christian Science practitioner. With a few treatments my condition improved, and several weeks later I gradually became able to take up all my occupations. Relatives and acquaintances marveled at my recovery but believed it to be merely temporary. I however have grown stronger ever since.
For this instance of help received I am grateful to God, and thankful to our Leader and to all who have helped me to gain an understanding of Truth.
Otto Wälti, Bern, Switzerland.
