I wish to express my gratitude publicly for the many blessings which have come to our family through Christian Science. For about fifteen years I had worn glasses constantly for structural defect of the eyes, but after reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy for several months, I decided that by wearing them I was giving power to matter, so I took them off at once and have never needed them since. My husband was recently healed almost instantaneously of a painful attack of stomach trouble by the realization that "there is no power apart from God" (Science and Health, p. 228). These are only a few of the many physical blessings for which we are grateful. Words cannot express our gratitude for the spiritual enlightenment which has come to us through Christian Science.
