[Written for the Sentinel]

His Will Be Done

We have no fear,
Since God is here,
Who knows no distance, heeds no war's alarms,
And I and mine
With thee and thine
Dwell safely in Love's everlasting arms.

Rest now in prayer,
For everywhere
Our pure desires by Him are understood;
My will and thine
With His combine,
So all is well, for His is only good.
