From Our Exchanges

[Rev. Dr. M. A. Matthews in Seattle (Wash.) Post Intelligencer]

If we had faith enough we could heal the sick as instantaneously as the early apostles did it. The day of miracles is not past, and never will be; but the day of our faith does not seem to have arrived. Do not charge God with having ceased to perform the work, but be honest and take the blame upon yourself, where it belongs. Where is your faith? The reason for our lack of faith is because we are entangled with the world. We are too much interested in the material things of this world.

[H. C. Tolman, D.D., LL.D., in The Living Church]
