Words are inadequate to tell even a small part of the many blessings I have received in Christian Science, but they are sacred to me. One experience may be a help to some, and encourage them to study the Lesson-Sermons which are so carefully prepared for our benefit.

In the spring of 1907 I was studying the current Lesson on this subject, "Are sin, disease, and death real?" It was housecleaning time, and as I was working much harder than usual, a sense of weariness seemed almost to overpower me. At noon I studied the Lesson mentioned, not thinking of my own condition, but greatly desiring to get a better understanding of the truth for a class I was then teaching in Sunday School. After going over the Lesson, I had a few minutes of silent thought, and in less than an hour I was at work again and was very busy all the afternoon. About five o'clock I suddenly realized that I had been perfectly free from any sense of pain or weariness since I had studied the Lesson at noon.

This is only one of the many blessings that have come to me, and I am truly grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving us "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" and her many other writings, also her loving help in endless ways. I am also grateful to those who assist in preparing these Lesson-Sermons and our periodicals, for these all help us to know the truth spoken of by Christ Jesus, who said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
