It is with much love and gratitude, for the blessings received through Christian Science that this testimony is given. This truth came to me when I was utterly in despair and cared for nothing; in fact, I could not see anything worth living for, although I seemingly had everything necessary for happiness, health, and all worldly comforts. But, after studying this truth, I soon found that it was my wrong mental attitude which needed changing. When I commenced to apply this Science to my daily living, I had many severe trials to meet; but I can truthfully say that I am thankful even for this, for it has proven more to me than anything that theoretical knowledge could impart, and I have gained a spiritual sense of happiness not dependent upon material surroundings, but grounded in consciousness. When clouds arise they are quickly dispelled, for I know that I am living in eternity now, and the sun is always shining.

I found that in the measure of my understanding of this healing truth the results come. As a family we have received many physical benefits from Christian Science, and it is especially helpful in the education of children. For this spiritual understanding I am very thankful, as there is nothing in the world to compare with it.
