I take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to God for the many blessings and comforts I am enjoying through the study and application of this new-old truth, as given to us in Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, which truly is a "Key to the Scriptures." Eight years ago this truth was brought to us through a dear friend, and while reading the text-book I laid off the glasses which I had been wearing for defective vision. Since that time we have proven the power of Truth over many ills of the flesh, including neuralgia, headaches, fevers, throat and stomach trouble, etc., besides inharmony in the home, also business difficulties. Christian Science has indeed meant much to me and mine.

Words fail to express the sense of spiritual uplifting which I have experienced, especially within the last few weeks. Truth is indeed a guiding star to all who will follow it, and my sincere desire is to live the teachings of Christian Science. I would here express loving gratitude to our unselfish and devoted Leader.
