After years of illness, I asked a friend, who is a Christian Scientist, if she thought Christian Science could help me. She advised me to go to a practitioner, but I told her that I had not the strength to go and that I had not much faith that I could be helped. She talked with me, telling me that God never made sickness, and I finally consented to go with her to see a practitioner. We went and he gave me a treatment. As we were starting for home, I ran to catch a car, although I had been walking with difficulty for months. I not only felt no ill effects from this, but I went home and slept all night. The second day after this I went to work, and have worked ever since. I have been healed of bladder and female trouble in a very aggravated form, from which I had suffered for fifteen years so that at times it seemed as though I would lose my mind. I have also been healed of a skin disease of the worst kind, and have not had the slightest return of the trouble. I have been healed of an eye difficulty, and have not put on glasses since my first Christian Science treatment.

For my physical healing I am very grateful, but words fail to express my gratitude to God, and to Mrs. Eddy, for the spiritual light I am receiving every day.
