I have been benefited in many ways since accepting Christian Science, but to me the most convincing proof has been the healing of our baby. She had been a constant care for sixteen months, could not walk or talk, and was unable to digest her food. She cried a great deal, and at this particular time had been suffering for three days with throat trouble, when a friend took us to a Christian Science practitioner. Although there had seemed to be no hope for the child, in half an hour she was sleeping quietly in my arms. In one week's treatment she was freed from the physical ailments, and in two weeks more she walked and began to talk. When two years old she began to attend Sunday School, and now, nine months later, is a picture of health and happiness. I am indeed grateful to God for His mercy, and to dear Mrs. Eddy for her knowledge of God.—Mrs. Flora F. Gouch, Medford, Mass.
