I have thought many times I should write and let others know of my healing by Christian Science. About three years ago I was taken with a terrible pain in my back and legs. A local physician treated me without any benefit. He then advised me to get some other physician, as he was afraid he did not understand the case. I sent for the best in the state, and he pronounced the case a dreaded disease and incurable. He also said that I had but a short time to live, and that if I did live longer I could never walk. I then turned to Christian Science, without much faith in it, but at the second treatment there was a decided improvement. I have never had any return of the disease since. I am over seventy-three years old and am in better health than for some time.

Words cannot express my gratitude to God, and to Mrs. Eddy, through whom this great blessing was brought about.
