I desire to express my gratitude to God for all the blessings which I have had since coming into Christian Science. About twelve years ago I was suffering from chronic catarrh, bronchitis, and many other physical ailments. I had resorted to materia medica for over ten years, but was relieved only temporarily. At the time I was advised to have Christian Science treatment I could not sleep unless I was in a half sitting position, as it was very difficult for me to breathe when lying down. After the first treatment in Christian Science I was able to sleep all night without the usual remedies, and found no diffculty in breathing. At the end of three weeks I was perfectly healed of all those so-called chronic ailments. I was also healed of erysipelas. I have had perfect health ever since. I go out in all kinds of weather and no longer suffer from dampness.

The physical healing is only one of the many, many blessings which I have received. Christian Science has proved to me that the promises in the Scriptures are true; that God is a present help in every time of need, and I am indeed grateful to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy. for this wonderful teaching which destroys all fear and hate and leads us to the literature of Christian Science, which is so helpful on our pilgrimage.—MRS.
