Years ago I was converted and joined an orthodox church. In this church I found much comfort and was helped to be a better woman, but was always in bondage to physical ailments which made me miserable. Four years ago, when I saw what Christian Science was doing for others, I began studying the text-book to find what it was that accomplished such wonders. When I began to realize that Truth now heals both sickness and sin, even as they were healed by the Master, the old complaints began to disappear and I experienced a wonderful sense of freedom, while the peace of mind that came to me as the truth dawned on my consciousness meant more to me than all else.

I am trying to live the truth and reflect Love every day, and in this way to show my gratitude for the great blessing that has come to this age through our consecrated Leader, Mrs. Eddy,—Mrs. Elizabeth Gillis, Decatur, Ill.
