The limitless bounty of infinite Love becomes more apparent to us, as we grow in the understanding of God; and wish on this occasion to express what we daily feel, — our deep thankfulness for what has been given us through you, — a present evidence being the wisdom that prompted you to advise, a few years since, that Christian Scientists in large cities should own their church edifices. I this, the metropolis of the West, five stately buildings have been erected, the last of which opened its doors for its first service last Sunday; and although the service was repeated three times, many seeking admission had to be turned away.
