It is better to look upward to the heavens than to look downward upon the earth. Some fix their eyes on gold, some on pleasure, some on fame and the resources which the earth furnishes. But the Psalmist says, "Unto Thee lift I up mine eyes, O Thou who dwellest in the heavens." The apostle says, "Set not your affections on things on the earth, but set your affections on things in heaven." "We look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen."
