Every parent throughout the world wants the best for his children—in character as well as in health, education, opportunity and companionship....

Children, like the rest of us, learn most readily from example. Parents must read, know and enjoy the Bible themselves if they hope to share it with their children. They must show by example as well as precept that the Bible is their guide and that they live their lives in accordance with its teachings.
