God Is Our Guide

Peter and Michael are boys who have been going regularly to the Christian Science Sunday School for some time. There they have been learning that God is our Father-Mother and that they are, in truth, God's children, His reflection.

Late one afternoon at Christmastime Peter and Michael were walking down the sidewalk looking at the neighbors' beautiful Christmas lights. One of the neighbors had the lights on a low bush; so the boys walked up close to see them.

Michael touched a light and found it was loose. So the boys started to play with the lights, forgetting that they weren't to touch other people's things without asking. They each unscrewed one and took it home to try on their own tree.
