We read in Psalms (118:17), "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." It is with great gratitude to God that I give thanks for a wonderful healing which I had some time ago.

At the time it was necessary for me to leave Paris and live outside the capital. I was extremely fatigued because of stomach trouble; I was unable to sleep and could neither eat nor drink.

I was despondent about having to leave Paris, because this meant that I would no longer be able to attend a branch Church of Christ, Scientist, which had always been so comforting to me. But now, through the study of Christian Science and the help of a practitioner, my heart is filled with gratitude for the spiritual awakening which has resulted.
