Our family became interested in Christian Science many years ago through my uncle's healing of tuberculosis. This healing started all of our family in the study of Christian Science, with many resulting blessings.

I had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School for several years, and I feel that the truth learned there, together with further study of this Science, has been a real barrier to the beliefs of sickness entering my experience. However, as a child I was first healed of severe colds, accompanied by heavy coughing. I was thought by some of our friends to be tubercular. Whenever these colds manifested themselves, I had help from a Christian Science practitioner, and they soon became less frequent until they disappeared entirely; and I have enjoyed excellent health ever since.

At two different times in my experience a better position in the business world was gained through the understanding that my eternal place is established in divine Mind. This truth, firmly held to, resulted in quick and harmonious job placement.
