"THE FIELD IS THE WORLD"
The Scriptures emphasize the fact that the work of righteousness embraces the world and will eventually bring to all peoples salvation from false beliefs and practices.
As students of the Bible and of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, we can with courage and conviction carry forward our work by extending our correct thinking into all phases of world conditions and problems. The thought which would believe that it can dominate the world while repudiating all belief in Deity has no Principle from which to operate.
It is not possible for misdirected ambition to stand against the Word of God. The fiftieth Psalm begins with the words: "The mighty (God, even the Lord, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof. Out of Zion, the perfection of beauty, God hath shined."
