Gratitude for the help and encouragement...
Gratitude for the help and encouragement received by reading the testimonies in our periodicals prompts me to relate the following experiences with the hope of blessing others as I have been blessed.
One outstanding experience was a healing of excessive fear of storms. From early childhood I would be seized with an uncontrollable fear during any kind of storm. This fear continued until I took up the study of Christian Science.
While still a very young student of Science, I was awakened one night by an unusually severe thunderstorm. My first impulse was to rush into my sister's room, but the thought came, "If this should really prove to be a dangerous storm, what security or protection would you find in the presence of a person?"
