The Bible says of God (Ps. 91: 11), "He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways." This truth has been proved in my experience. Before coming to Italy seven years ago to continue voice study, I had reached the point of rejecting the God that I had believed in, a God that punishes His children, and I believed only in beauty and good as I found them in art.

The first week I was here, I began reading Christian Science literature, having heard of this religion from an American residing in Italy. I thought it might be a philosophy that would give answers to such questions as: What am I? Why am I here? What is existence? Through the study of Christian Science, I received answers to these questions; however, I still had to learn that this Science is not a mere philosophy, but a healing religion of Love.

Then I lost my voice. I began to study earnestly the positive declarations regarding God and man's perfect relationship to Him. Now a new, more spiritual concept of voice is being manifested, and I have begun with great joy to give concerts. During these years, the presence of divine Love has sustained me day by day. I was led to a wise and loving practitioner, as well as to very fine vocal teachers.
