"CHANGE THE EVIDENCE"

Recently the writer and his wife were viewing the sights from an observatory atop the tallest building in the world. Cars appeared as toy automobiles. People looked like little dolls. Later, when they returned to the street level, the evidence had changed. But the people and cars had not changed at any time. Here was a good example of the fact that we can go only by what we know to be true not by what we seem to see materially.

The Apostle Paul was well aware of the dreamlike evidence of the material senses. He stated (II Cor. 5:7), "We walk by faith, not by sight."

Through Christian Science, students are learning that the evidence of so-called mortal mind, manifested as sin, sickness, and death, is never the fact of real being. Such evidence is aggressive mental suggestion, called animal magnetism, which disappears from one's experience when one gains the spiritual understanding of God and of man, made in His exact likeness.
