In the year 1923 I asked a Christian Science practitioner to help me overcome a nervous breakdown. When this loving practitioner came to my bedside, she told me many wonderful truths concerning God and man's relationship to Him.

However, the only thing that made a lasting impression was her statement, "My dear, there is nothing wrong with you, but you have accepted a wrong concept of a right idea."

Her meaning was not clear to me, but I did sense that my need was for a right concept, or understanding, of God and man. So I began the study of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.
