I turned to Christian Science when everything else had failed me. Because of ulcers of the stomach, I had lived on malted milk for nearly a year. Feeling that if I could only understand God, I would be healed, I prayed night and day to know where I might find Him. My faith and trust in Him brought the answer.

A neighbor presented Christian Science to me, and at my request a practitioner came to see me. She talked to me of God and of His great love for His children, and I was instantaneously and permanently healed. My mother prepared a big meal, and I ate it with joy and gladness. I was so grateful to God for the healing that for months afterwards I was in an exalted state of consciousness.

The love, joy, and peace which I experienced, words cannot fully express. At about the same time my little sister was healed through Christian Science of kidney trouble.
