I was first introduced to the healing power of Christian Science by applying what I remembered of a conversation between two friends who were interested in this Science. As a result I was instantly healed of what a doctor had diagnosed as a broken toe. To me, this healing was a miracle.

I thanked God and forgot all about it until six months later, when I was suffering from a nervous breakdown and was ordered to bed for six weeks. This time Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy was given to me to read. In a few days I was up and in two weeks was again doing strenuous physical work. From that time on, Christian Science has met my every need.

Accidents have been prevented, chronic sore throat has been eliminated, and I have felt a dislocated shoulder go back into its place. While backstage just before a performance of an act in which my partner and I were the featured dancers, I fell on an iron staircase, which was badly worn, and apparently broke a bone at the end of my spine.
