Christian Science Practice and Social Security Coverage
Members of The Mother Church who have received fees for the practice of Christian Science must decide before April 15, 1957, whether they should apply for social security coverage. Certain minimum earnings are required.
Further information may be obtained from the nearest income tax or social security office.
From the Treasurer of The Mother Church
Payments of per capita tax and contributions, also changes of address, should be sent to Roy Garrett Watson, Treasurer, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts, U.S.A.
