For over thirty years Christian Science has been my only physician. I have had many proofs of God's healing power, loving care, and protection.

Early in my experience in Christian Science, I learned to rely on God, even in the smallest details. In this way my growth was greatly hastened. My first healings were brought about through reading our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. The truth I read corrected my thoughts of discouragement, resentment, and self-pity. As I was healed of these false traits I found I was healed of physical ailments also.

I have had many healings, such as those of chronic sore throat, tonsillitis, colds, headaches, indigestion, constipation, burns, oak poisoning, an injured elbow, and other conditions too numerous to mention. Grief, lack, and limitations have been overcome. For these healings I am grateful, but I am most grateful for the spiritual understanding of God as good, as Love, and of man's relationship to Him.
