Signs of the Times
From a sermon by Rev. George R. Plagenz in the Times, Indianapolis, Indiana
There is something greater than greatness. ... When Mahatma Gandhi died, a newspaper said of him, "He was a great man, but he was more than a great man. He was a good man." ... Goodness is greater than greatness, for example, because, goodness is contagious. Greatness seldom is. More real good is done in the world through "one loving heart kindling another" than by any other way.
Rev. Paul E. Kenny in a guest editorial in the Press Sheridan, Wyoming
