For many years I have enjoyed the beautiful testimonies given in the Christian Science periodicals, and at this time I wish to submit my own. My heart is filled with gratitude for Science and what it has done for me.

More than twenty years ago Christian Science was presented to my father, who had been suffering from a stomach condition for a number of years. A business associate noticed the discomfort he was in and asked if she could talk to him about Christian Science. This friend told him of the beautiful truths Mrs. Eddy had revealed to the world and said that he could enjoy freedom, health, and happiness through radical reliance on God. He was indeed grateful for this "cup of cold water" and proceeded to read Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. A loving practitioner was asked for treatment, and in a short time complete freedom was experienced. This proof of man's perfection was a joyous one for the whole family, and as a result of it my brother and I were enrolled in the Sunday School.

Christian Science has blessed each member of our household so many times and in so many ways that I have not words to express my gratitude for all its benefits. I have had instantaneous healings of headaches, colds, and sudden attacks of pain. A severe case of eczema covering the whole side of my face and neck was completely healed. Also I have had beautiful experiences of protection while driving. My brother was divinely guided and protected while serving over four years in the Army during World War II.
