"To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings" (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, Pref., p. vii). This fact has been proved to me in some measure every day of my life as a student of Christian Science.

Through the study and application of Science I have been healed of many physical conditions, such as intestinal influenza, rash, severe cuts, and so-called children's diseases. Unemployment, educational disadvantages, inharmonious relationships, lack, and many other difficulties have been overcome. At one time I appeared to be passing on, but through the work of a never-wavering practitioner and the steadfast stand of my entire family for Christian Science at this testing time I was healed.

More recently the help of a practitioner was sought in a case of injuries received when I was kicked by a horse. Blood poisoning had developed from a cut made by the horse's shoe, but half an hour after help was requested there was an instantaneous healing of this and of the injuries.
