It is with a heart full of gratitude to God for all the blessings I have received through my understanding of Christian Science that I submit this testimony, knowing that by sharing it with others greater blessings will be realized.

Following a serious accident a few years ago I was taken to a hospital, where the doctors said it was useless to try to do anything for me. X rays showed a broken vertebra in my neck, several broken ribs, my chest badly crushed, and other injuries. I kept asking to be taken home, and after a few days my request was granted. All during this trying time I never ceased declaring that I was in reality God's perfect reflection and that He would take care of me. I know that it was my holding firmly and consistently to these truths that brought my complete healing.

For a long while I had great fear of riding in a car. When I spoke of this one day to a loving friend she declared that I need not ever be afraid, since God is always present with us. A few days later I made a trip over icy roads. It was not until I arrived home and was asked if I had not been afraid that I realized that I had been healed of this fear. I have never experienced it since.
