GOD'S GIFT OF BEAUTY AND BOUNTY

In every Christian Science demonstration harmony, beauty, and abundance are unfolded in the experience of the individual who is healed. This is the evidence of God's law in operation, for the law of God operates for the purpose of good only.

On page 1 of "Rudimental Divine Science" Mary Baker Eddy defines her discovery, Christian Science, "as the law of God, the law of good, interpreting and demonstrating the divine Principle and rule of universal harmony." This divine Principle is God. Spirit, Soul, the one and only cause, omnipotent and ever-present Love. God is also Father-Mother. As one claims his divine sonship and is obedient to God's will, the unerring law of divine Principle is demonstrated directly and beneficially in his experience.
