Soon after I became acquainted with Christian Science, constant bowel disorder and headaches were healed in one treatment by a practitioner. Later I was healed of sorrow at the passing of a loved one.

As I was studying the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, while riding across the continent by train, the thought of danger flashed into my consciousness. I detected it as a warning and began at once to know that there is no room in the Father's kingdom for danger in any form.

While I was still pondering this truth, the train came to a sudden stop, and I was thrown headfirst into the seat ahead. The other passengers had a similar experience, and luggage and other personal effects were thrown about the car. The textbook remained open in my hand in spite of the impact. No one was hurt, and I continued with my reading. Then I realized that before; I had finished calling, God had answered, and all was well.
