TRUE BROTHERHOOD

Men look on him and think, "He is her son."
They say: "He is like you. To everyone
He is so kind, so loving, and so good."

Oh, let me lift my thought to Truth. I would
See all in God—all children of the King—
And to the winds of earth false pride I'd fling.

To God I would surrender motherhood
And find in the release true brotherhood.
