Over a year ago I became very ill with high blood pressure and damaged heart valves. Although I had worked for myself in Christian Science as best I knew how, I was very fearful because of a great sense of mental and physical exhaustion. When the attacks were heaviest I could not read, but the words, "Be still, and know that I am God" (Ps. 46:10), and the assurance of God's help and protection brought out in Psalm 121 were a great comfort. Mrs. Eddy's words in the Preface to Science and Health (p. vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." and those on page 307, "The divine Mind is the Soul of man, and gives man dominion over all things," were also of great help in destroying my fear.

Absent treatment was given me by a practitioner, and in less than a week the false condition vanished and I was free. The faithful, consecrated work of this practitioner is gratefully acknowledged. Those who witnessed this healing were also blessed, and they rejoiced with me.

I have received many other blessings through the study of Christian Science as given to the world by Mrs. Eddy. The Holy Bible, greatly loved, is now illumined for me.
