I should like to tell of the healing...

I should like to tell of the healing which was the means of my turning unreservedly to Christian Science.

I was slightly interested in the teachings of this Science and knew that it would heal minor ailments because I had had proofs of this. However, I thought for more serious sicknesses, so-called material means should be employed. One evening, while working in a house under construction, I fell over a joist, breaking several ribs. Internal hemorrhages and severe pains developed. On reaching home I asked for material help, but my wife, whose only physician had been Christian Science, asked that it be given a trial.

A practitioner was called and absent treatment was given. Upon awakening the next morning, I found the hemorrhages had ceased and the pains had disappeared. It was only a matter of days until the ribs were knitted together and I returned to work completely healed.

For our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, and for class instruction, I am deeply grateful to God.—C. Frank Morgan, Arcadia, California.
