I LEANED ON LOVE
I leaned
on matter
and was pierced.
I leaned on Love,
and I was healed.
I leaned on person
and learned sorrow.
I leaned on Love,
and joy uplifted me.
I leaned on wealth
and was unsatisfied.
I leaned on Love,
and lack was left outside.
So much is clear:
I cannot fear,
For I have leaned on Love.
