CONSCIOUSNESS AND INDIVIDUALITY

Mary Baker Eddy states in "Retrospection and Introspection" (p. 56): "All consciousness is Mind, and Mind is God. Hence there is but one Mind; and that one is the infinite good, supplying all Mind by the reflection, not the subdivision, of God."

As the image of God, man reflects, expresses, and manifests the omnipotent power of the great I AM. In this spiritually mental reflection man, acting in complete accord with God, Mind, is governed and guided by Him. Man's individuality, created by God, reflects divine consciousness and is in scientific agreement with it, as Christ Jesus proved.

Through the study of Christian Science one perceives that the divine consciousness reflected by man is Mind, Father, Principle, the only I or Us, scientifically expressed in son, or idea.
